Today was not as bad as yesterday, but not by much. A handful of
stations produced something resembling audio.
Good - Mostly understandable

Fair - some of it kinda sorta understandable to someone who knows the
language, I think
1557 Taiwan, mellow Chinese talk 1528, then pop music 1530
1566 HLAZ, Chinese talk & music 1530
Poor - definitely not imaginary audio, but not by much
747 JOIB, man & woman 1256, sounded like language lesson, pips at ToH
774 JOUB, weak male talk 1307
828 JOBB, talk poor in KGNW splatter 1340
1593 CNR1, a few syllables now & then in the KLFE-1590 splash 1525
