I hear them at my QTH about 45 miles north of NYC.
Some QSB as they flutter in and out of the other melee on this frequency.
This sounds like the same station I heard on the night of December 1.
Sounds very much like a stereotypical pirate - young male ranting, bad rock and 
roll, lots of nudge nudge.
I'm using a Sony ICF-SW7600GR bare back, so they must be getting out pretty 
well.

"Pirate Radio Boston" being heard here at 0230 UTC.  Poor to fair 
over/under Radio Celestial, best in upper sideband to avoid the 1700 
splatter.  Music and banter between two announcers, reading reception 
reports sent in from various DXers, seems to be the same holiday program 
that's been widely reported on 1720 and various shortwave frequencies 
during the Christmas holiday.
