It wasn't a very good TP morning here. A handful of the regulars made
half-hearted appearances, and that was it.
Good - Mostly understandable by a native speaker, if only for brief periods
747 JOIB, briefly quite good w/the usual weather report 1307.
Otherwise, a poor signal at best
1575 VOA rapidly faded up to nice level 1313, then mostly good for
the next few minutes with talk in SEA language. Signal took a dive
beginning at 1324 and never returned.
Fair - Partially understandable
972 HLCA, woman with Hanminjok Bangsong ID & pips 1300, fanfare, then
M&W in Korean. Still there 1356 w/discussion, 1400 pips, then gradually
faded out
Poor - Recognizable program content
774 JOUB, English lessons 1321
1566 HLAZ, man in Japanese 1254
