The upper end of the band was almost completely dead here today,
with no audio, even from VOA. On the other hand Japan on 774 was quite
good at 1500, the best it's been thus far in this young year. The other
Japanese weren't in the same category however, with only weak audio on
828, and none at all on 594, 693 or 747.
