Hello All,

Asian results here this morning were very similar to Dennis' report, minus his
high band Japanese signals (and with a few more low band Asian mainland
stations).

The band sounded pretty dreary in the predawn darkness around 1500, but a
distinct sunrise enhancement boosted up both the low and high band Asians
around 1515. Coming out of the noise by 1530 were 594-JOAK (good during peaks),
a mix of 603-China and HLSA (fair strength at 1535), 648-VOR (fair at 1540),
657-Pyongyang (fair at 1545) and a presumed 738-BEL2 in Chinese (poor-fair at
1533). 972-HLCA was also at a good level in and out with its Korean pop music
after 1530. The high band received a more potent sunrise enhancement boost,
mostly to the benefit of regulars like 1377-CNR1 (fair at 1528), 1503-JOUK
(fair to good at 1529), 1566-HLAZ (very good at 1529), 1575-VOA (in and out
with good peaks after 1530) and 1593-CNR1 (very good around 1538). Overall the
session was pretty average, though, and nothing like the exceptional morning
two days ago.
