I can not remember the last time I have heard WSAI (or any of its predecessors) 1360 Cincinnati at night (maybe never), but tonight it is dominating the frequency. WSAI is 5 kw ND days and 5 kw directional nights. There signal has a huge null toward the entire Upper Midwest, so perhaps they are operating ND tonight or their night pattern is out of alignment.
