I was unable to pull much from the recordings, owing to the high noise level. I did check the site below earlier and found nothing which would be close enough to the possible numbers indicated in the original post. All of the MN 530's are in St. Paul, so it's likely not MN.

Clip 2 might have an ID beginning with "W" and possibly with numbers at the end, like 162 or 562. Clip 3 has historical information, including a mention of 1954.
