These logs are excerpts from my daily all-band reports, mainly SWBC, also
VHF/UHF, sometimes utility, ham, which may be found in several archives without
much delay, such as
http://www.hard-core-dx.com/index.php?topic=Hauser

And compiled weekly along with extensive news from many other individuals and
publications in DX LISTENING DIGEST:

All my MW DX reports starting August 2011 are archived in this forum with open
access:
http://forums.wtfda.org/showthread.php?6543-MW-DX-from-Enid-OK-by-Glenn-Hauser/page20

All times and dates strictly UT. Rx: mostly DX-398 with internal antenna only;
or Sony SRF-59 as specified; Nissan stock caradio as specified; FRG-7 with E-W
longwire as specified

** CUBA. 1620, Feb 9 at 0134 UT, Spanish with Waco/Omaha nulled, soon partial
ID as ``punto 7, sensacional``, and music. Expected R. Rebelde, but *not* //
5025, which is in a slow-paced ballgame with crowd noise, presumed base, since
keywords such as ``faul``, ``bola``, ``aut``, ``bateador``, which does match
the Rebelde pileup on 1180. (And R. Martí 6030 is not in a game this Saturday
night.) Therefore I conclude that this 1620 is instead relaying the FM side of
Rebelde on 96.7 from Habana, probably the 5 kW Guanabacoa, CH outlet. Cuba only
ventured into the X-band originally to block WDHP Virgin Islands relaying Martí
at limited times; does it still? (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

** MEXICO. 1140, Monday Feb 10 at 1350 UT, I am trying again to hear any
Spanish from Kansas City. There is dominant Spanish here but considerable QRM,
which could be from KC, but more likely from opposite XEMR, Monterrey NL, which
is holding up later than usual today. It`s a monolog sermon about fe, which
keeps running past 1400 UT until 1404 UT quick conclusion with jingle `Vida
Santa` as name of program, or was it `Vida Sana`? Possibly a real ID followed
at 1406, but fading into the jumble.

I hope there`s a program schedule at the XEMR website. Cantú linx merely to
this:
https://www.facebook.com/RadioEsperanza1140
which has recent posts, but can`t find a schedule or the name above. FB linx to
its real website http://www.radioesperanza.mx/ which does have a programación
page but woefully incomplete, covering only certain blox, nothing shown before
10 am. Searching there on ``vida santa`` leads only to a couple mentions of
that phrase last June and July, not a program, while ``vida sana`` leads to a
triplet of just as unuseful hits.

BTW, the Cantú list
http://mexicoradiotv.com/nuevoleon/index.htm
specifies transmitter town for numerous Monterrey stations if elsewhere, such
as Apodaca NL for XEMR, and Guadalupe NL for several others (Glenn Hauser, OK,
