The FCC database still shows a CP but it's not always up to date. It may have 
been granted program test authority for its new facilities and is using them. 
That doesn't appear in the FCC database.

Nice catch guys. Its been rumored Piedmont stays on late too. Im hearing
black gospel in their too. Did KYOK's CP go through? Radio Locator says its
down to 800w daytime and 9w at night directional!
