A friend in Winchester, VA is hearing R & B oldies on 1520Khz and we think WTRI 1520 Brunswick, MD may have come back on the air after having been silent for awhile.
My friend is hearing R & B oldies with no liners, id's or any other station mentions. We've ruled out WARR Warrenton, NC and WKMG Newberry, SC. Any ideas?
