The low band was better today, with nice signals from a couple of NHK stations at about 1300. The upper part of the dial was quite poor. The sunrise enhancement consisted of carriers on 1557 and 1575 briefly rising out of the noise.

Good - a native speaker would have understood most of it for at least a minute or two
