Hello All,

Asian results here were a little different from Dennis' version, with the high
band Chinese doing unusually well after 1400. The low band was pretty average,
with only the regulars showing up.

During a fairly short session starting at 1340 most of the high and low band
regulars (594, 603, 693, 738, 972, 1134, 1566 and 1575 kHz) were managing fair
signals at the beginning, with 603 having a fair mix of HLSA and China (as
noted by Dennis). Nothing special happened during sunrise enhancement on the
low band except for poor to fair signals from 639-CNR1, 648-Russia and
657-Pyongyang coming out of the noise for brief periods. The high band was a
different story, with both 1377-CNR1 and 1593-CNR1 receiving a definite kick
after 1400, resulting in pretty vibrant signals through the domestic splatter
(which is far worse on 1377 here than on 1593, with hash from KKMO on the left
and splatter from KRKO on the right). For some reason the signals from
1503-JOUK, 1566-HLAZ and 1575-VOA didn't benefit from this high band Chinese
boost during sunrise enhancement, and they remained at fair levels in and out
of the noise after 1400. Best Asian signal of the morning was from 1593-C!
NR1, which reached a pretty potent level (and its best signal this month) over
the 1590-Seattle splatter at 1407.
