Listened from 1308-1408 utc. What's up with the Japanese Powerhouse stations on the NHK2 network? I had to used 1386 kHz to check // station heard on 1467 kHz. None of the big NHK2 stations had audio at the time. Might have heard AFN Power 1575 Japan this morning mixing with VOA.
