My morning was similar to Gary's, if you leave out the part about him hearing the Korean on 603. JOUB and HLAZ were quite good, but most of the others were missing in action.

GOOD - Mostly understandable by a native speaker
774    JOUB, Chinese lesson 1331-40
1566 HLAZ, 1340 mellow Japanese male, 1342 woman with the usual closing spiel

FAIR - A native speaker could probably recognize a few words
1422 JORF, Japanese talk 1326-1331, fair on peaks but very erratic signal with many rapid & deep fades

POOR - not understandable
1053    Korean jammer 1352
1431    Female talk 1331, Japanese inflections
