I had to copy 20 wpm at the FCC office in Dallas before the examiners to get
my extra.
Anyhow, I'm hearing the CW through the local rain storm and at peaks in the
signal I can copy it. Sounds like about 10 wpm.

bits and Pieces in Fading. Copied "Manchester", "WWXL" and "1490". More
to the message than that, but not copyable here. About the same strength
as last time test was on. I would Rate it POOR to FAIR here.
