I believe the standard for the X-band stations is (or was) 10kw/1kw......Sure seems that portion of the band got really crowded in California and Northern Mexico. 'Doesn't seem like so many years ago that DXers here on the West coast were easily able to log Iowa on 1630, New Jersey on 1660, Florida on 1700....ms
