Conditions were decidedly lackluster this morning. Except for
China-981, the TPs were all much weaker than on Monday and Tuesday.
Good - Mostly understandable by a native speaker for a very brief period
1566 HLAZ, two men in Japanese briefly at decent level 1255,
otherwise just weak audio at best
Fair - some words would have been understandable to a native speaker
981 CNR1, Chinese talk 1313 doing quite well against CKNW. Stronger
than 972.
Poor - I could sorta tell what was going on
972 HLCA, music 1322
