As others have noted, TP conditions were quite a bit better today than
the past few days. That said, reception was limited to a few of the
regulars. For me at least, TP reception is seldom very good until after
the equinox, so I'm hoping for better things starting this weekend.
GOOD - a native speaker could have understood most of it

FAIR - a native speaker would have recognized words and phrases
1287 JOHR, man & woman in Japanese 1340
1575 VOA, 1330 Yankee Doodle, "Welcome to the Voice of America in
Khmer" ID. Much better by 1335 with male talk
POOR - a native speaker would have called it incoherent mumbling
774 JOUB, male talk 1338

1323 Woman talking 1334, probably CRI
