Tom, what that sounds like is what I had happen here a few months ago one 
evening.  Someone nearby on the 160 meter ham band (1800-2000 Khz) transmitting 
Morse Code, and a nearby AM station on the high end of the band is creating an 
image of that Morse Code transmission...in your case, on 1361.75.  73,Rick
