Just a heads up that partial eclipse of sun will occur across most of northern north America this afternoon.
The moon's shadow will progress from west to east. The eclipse will begin around 20:30UT off eastern Russia and be over western Alaska at 21:00UT, and NW corner of Washington at 22:00UT. It will occur just before or at sunset in the Midwest. Those living in the far northeast US and Canada will not see anything. But, it's not what you see with your eyes that counts. The moons shadow "may" create pre-sunset like CX with the possibility of some DX before normal sunset. So even in the far northeast the enhanced pre-sunset shadow may create good reception conditions to the west of your location. I can't promise that anything spectacular will occur - just the possibility of a once per decade chance to DX during a partial eclipse of the sun. You'll have to wait for 2017 for the "biggie".
