This is what 1390 sounded like here at 0500 UTC / 0000 EST : 10 NOV
2014.
Fragments of Morse code and some sweep tones, undoubtedly from the
WSPO-SC test, were in there, but far below dominant WEGP-ME which was
running football reports. I'm not considering this reception good
enough to submit for verification.
