Checking the website for WATH 970 Athens, OH... they have a list of the artists they play as a sample of their classic hits format and they do list Santana. They do have a webstream and I did just hear them say "The greatest hits of the 70s....... the greatest hits of the 80s".
WRHA 970 Spring City, TN is also classic hits and they do have a webstream. Unless a station recently changed formats or I'm missing something else obvious.. these two seem like they could be candidates.
