Russ and Mark, On the same weekend as the LBI DXpedition I was DXing at Grayland, on the Washington state ocean coast. Trans-Pacific conditions on Saturday morning (11-8) were not bad, but certainly not up to the standards of previous years. Propagation took a major dive on Sunday morning because of the flare, and was only partially restored on Monday morning (11-10).
