WYLL 1160khz night signal is splattering from 1020 to
1080khz and from 1240 to 1290khz.  Can easily hear
this at home and on car radio in and around Joliet.
First noticed this about a week ago.  With two
radios, one tuned to 1160 and a second on 1040 the WYLL
audio matches the splatter.

Their night site is
10 miles NE of my home.  This evening I drove out on
I355 right past their 6 tower site and the splattering is
much stronger there.  No doubt it is from them.

Also noticed that there are NO tower lights on any
of the six towers.

On Radio Locator for WYLL
noticed a CP for relocating night site to their day site
closer to Chicago.  CP is dated Sept 19,
2014!
