Unfortunately, CE's have to handle a series of stations in most cases, not one AM, or maybe an AM & FM combo. So they just do not have the time or energy to do tests like they once did. CE's today, as most everyone are not letter writers either. Add up everything else, I am surprised we ever get a QSL back. The KREL 1580 QSL was a surprise. Like in the case of WSPO, the clubs are answering the QSL's. That has happened a lot in the past several years. But we are lucky we get the tests we do. I would hate to try and re-QSL the stations I have. Of course that would be totally impossible anyway, as so many are long gone.
