Good ears on that one, especially the WIBQ calls preceding.
I can hear the W.RS clearly enough and can hear where you're hearing WIBQ. I 
think you've nailed it but this reception is so marginal and I'm not hearing 
enough on the WIBQ that I'm tossing this one back to be caught another day. I 
see I need all 3 IL stations in 1440 so it'll be a good channel to work 
post-sunrise, as was the case this time. Thanks, Barry! Have you had any of 
these three from Ottawa?
