1540 KGBC Galveston TX 11/26 0515 They were killing KXEL@0515. Clearly they switched to their day facilities at this time and were still well over KXEL @0530 when I had to go into work. Before 0515 it was KEDA u/KXEL. FTS-MN
This has happened before so I suspect a regular issue going on here.
