As a Canadian, I'm embarassed to admit that my French fluency is
non-existant as I elected to take Spanish in high school, thinking
that it would help me with the South Americans I was working on 10m AM
in the early 60's...which, surprisingly enough, it did.

Steve, there is indeed a Radio Jeunesse mention. Actually, it says: "...
La Radio Jeunesse est fière de vous présenter une capsule qui couvre son
organisme" (which means: "... Radio Jeunesse is proud to present a short
report about its organization").
