Same here in Mission Viejo. 1630 XEUT signs off at midnight LT but usually leaves their carrier on. Dennis, you should be able to null it out and hear Wyoming. I heard KCJJ once at their sunrise so this is the time of year to try for that.
Same on 1700, XEPE off and heard Brownsville.
