Hi George, I don't believe that they are on full day power at night but clearly not at listed night power. I hear them a lot around 0530 in Burnsville but not near as strong in Woodbury. Maybe they are doing power increases/decreases illegally in steps like KYMN does....although KYMN does it legally. Also to note that 1530 Shakopee is running illegally almost every night now. At least 690 is behaving but I fear that could change anytime even with its sister station WIXK 1590.
