Add 1090 and 1100 to my list of channels where I've had Mexican anthems at 0100
and 0700 EST (0000/0600 CST would be local), have also had on 960, 880, 1070...
All very weak but 1090 got strong for a minute...and I've come close to IDing
Mexicans there before...
These are apparently the done thing,mandatory, though can't say everyone does
them, like none on Mex City 1060...
MCity huge on 940 BTW, all eve.
