Chuck - thanks for taking the time to reply. I guess most are doing the same
and I just need to be more careful of where I put things. One thing I note
is that I cannot play files that are on the desktop ... Perseus only
recognizes them if they are placed in the Documents folder.

Steve :
I save them either to the desktop, my D: drive (for data) partition or my
Perseus folder.I've never had any problem with recognizing files on the
desktop.I've also not had any problem with files ending up in other
folders.
In seven years on the Yahoo Perseus group, I don't recall any mention of
these problems but ask away on the group and see if someone else can help.
Chuck
I'm curious about what others might be using as their 'save' location for
overnight recordings. Do you save them to the desktop or ...??
I put save mine to the desktop but have to drag them into the Documents
folder in order for Perseus to recognize them and sometimes end up with
folders from one day inside folders of another day...can get messsy.
There
must be a better (proper) way than the way I'm doing it.
