WIGT-1690 Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands on Friday will mark
its
one-year anniversary of being bumped from a Construction Permit to a licensed
operation on the FCC website.
I have never seen a report of it from anywhere, not even Scandinavia,
Newfoundland or
Australia/New Zealand. No station website that I can find, either.
Certainly the X-band is more cluttered than it was in the 90's, but somebody
somewhere
would have DXed it by now if it's been on for at least a year.
Anyone shed some light?
