There is no WSM here either- weather related power outage?
No sign of CBF3 with R8A and Quantum loop - too far away -
just noise.

there...CBC //860 Toronto. CBF3 Lebel-sur-Quevillon QC -
NEW. It is still on but very weak here and there seems to
be an open carrier atop it at 1930 EST
