Paul, I check quite often for SIBC on 9545. I've never heard them at that early time. I have had luck around 05:00 UTC. My suspicion is that it is far more likely to be the VOA Thailand transmitter which comes in well in these parts around that time. Your clip has no features that resemble SIBC. Sorry! 73,....Walt
