Hello All,

As predicted by solar experts Asian signals hit the skids this morning, with
very few TP's managing to get out of the noise during a non-existent sunrise
enhancement. The diehards that did manage audio didn't stick around for long,
and you needed some luck to catch them at the right time.

At my 1405 start time the band featured poor signals in and out from 594, 603,
693, 972, 1044 (the only minor surprise) and 1566 in the darkness, which seemed
like a fairly routine situation just before daybreak. Unfortunately the
increasing daylight did nothing for the Asians, which bailed one by one until
they were all long gone by 1440. It's possible that TP signals were better
prior to my 1405 start time, but after pushing my live-DXing luck yesterday by
starting of at 1300 (with fairly good results) I figured that the frozen back
yard didn't seem as attractive as an extra hour of sleep.
