CIAO is a pain but that's because it's a very close semilocal. I could not tell 
if they were running day or night patterns etc. From the content you describe, 
I can't imagine anything else.

Time pips from Rebelde? Wouldn't that be Reloj? I don't know of a Reloj on 
530...
