[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 9 March 2015

   Here in southern Alberta, HLAZ was the sole TP with any audio today. 
 It was first noted with audio traces around 1315, and reached fair 
levels in the 1335-1345 time frame.  That was it for audio though, and 
even carriers weren't in abundance.  1548 was near audio at times 
(nearly always Australia here), and a few other high band carriers were 
fairly substantial at times, but the low end of the dial was pretty much 
devoid of any evidence of TPs.
