At 10:00 UTC, I had Cuba alone and on my last file of the night at 10:30
UTC, there's a man in Spanish commenting about a police intervention.
His monotone speech sounds to me like an editorial comment.
Interestingly, it is about 15 Hz bellow nominal but I have no idea
though, which station it could be.

Just down the dial on 700 KHSE in Wylie TX was blasting in over WLW at the same
