Hello All, After a two day visit to Ocean Shores (WA) last week it was back to chasing wispy audio from the big guns again in pedestrian Puyallup. There was some Asian audio to be found from 1250-1320, but it wasn't exactly ocean shore quality. Around 1300 both 693-JOAB and 1566-HLAZ were managing poor to fair audio, with 1575 and 1593 also at threshold audio levels on the high band. Increasing daylight brought 594-JOAK and a presumed 603-HLSA out of the noise for a few weak minutes around 1315, while 693-JOAB hit its peak stride (if you can call it that) with poor to fair level Chinese lessons shortly thereafter. Asian signals collapsed in unison around 1325, with the high pack packing it in a few minutes before the low band. TP signals were dreary at best this morning, but at least they did show up in a halfhearted fashion. 693 JOAB Tokyo, Japan Anemic Chinese lessons at 1318; not very energetic, but best Asian signal of the morning http://www.mediafire.com/listen/bslpai5zqgqqigs/693-JOAB-1318z041315CCSW.MP3 73 and Good DX, Gary DeBock (in Puyallup, WA, USA) 7.5" loopstick C.Crane Skywave Ultralight + 17" FSL antenna _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca
