Yes, Mark, there is no conceivable reason for a powerful eastern China station to start broadcasting on 1566 kHz unless it has negative intentions toward the 250 kW Christian broadcaster, HLAZ. The frequency is certainly far from open. 1566-HLAZ has two Christian programs beamed to China in Mandarin each evening (during our morning DX period here on the west coast), and at very powerful strength.
