Have been hearing bits of music from WRCR 1700 under KGBB and IBOC hash from WVON 1690 for the past week. And for the past few days the non-stop thunderstorm static has ceased improving CX. Finally yesterday morning, 7/22 at 04:41EDT caught a decent ID "....Favorite Music AM 1700 WRCR...." male voice.
