Hello All, Thanks to Walt and Dennis for their previous reports. In confirmation of their findings most Asian signals were somewhat weaker here today, although there were a couple of unusual performers. A halfhearted sunrise enhancement kicked in around 1310 but the TP audio that did show up was all from the big gun Japanese and Koreans, and even most of those stayed close to the noise level. My session started at 1300 with the regular performer 1566-HLAZ in and out with fair signals, along with occasional weak audio from 594-JOAK and 747-JOIB. As typical during this early season a large collection of Asians came out of the noise to reach a half-dead level during sunrise enhancement around 1310, and stayed there during the entire session (693, 738, 828, 972, 1053, 1503 and 1575). Around 1315 the somewhat unusual big gun 1134-KBS managed a fair signal through Vancouver splatter, and at 1318 the English lessons on 747-JOIB hit a good level. Nothing much else happened for the rest of the mediocre session as the Japanese and Korean big guns slid in and out of the noise until bailing around 1340. Overall it was a very forgettable session, if not the stinker that Walt described. 747 JOIB Sapporo, Japan English lessons at temporary good level (in mystery noise and Portland splatter) at 1318 https://app.box.com/s/h9s9y35ig50okfl58qsijr8v2xxmx3t7 1134 KBS Hwaseong, S.
