Actually - I was thinking about this the other day: Isn't it time that the
IRCA thought about coming into the 21st Century
with its e-mail management?

It would be great to include the occasional photo or MP3 snippet... and
more long winded reports - like the coveted ones from Mark Connelly.

Like Mark says, why are we using early 90's best practices more suited to a
VT100 terminal or 1st generation Zenith laptop?
