mid-level carriers, particularly in the upper end of the band.

Missing earlier, but came up to fair audio level by 1305 with usual
variety of music.
774 AUSTRALIA, Melbourne 3LO
First detected man speaking at 1252, improved by 1305 to a level where
I could make out bits of the conversation.
1503 UNID Faint traces of audio at 1253
1566 KOREA, S, Cheju HLAZ
Traces of audio at 1244, strengthened a bit by 1256 when heard man
speaking. Seemed to be another station in background at times. 3NE?
