And yet, 1593 at 1430UT with pips and Beijing time check was pretty
reasonable. Admittedly, there wasn't a whole lot else beyond peeps
(not pips) from 972 1566 and 1575, but the peak, such as it was,
seemed somewhere around 1430UT.
I wonder if the band is moving away from Japan as the fall
progresses. See what the Rockworks crew says.
