Unlike Colin and Nigel I did track down quite a few Asian signals this morning, 
with the Chinese mid-band stations the most unusual performers. 1044-CRI's 
Japanese service managed its best signal of the season at 1418 (fair to good), 
while the 1035-CNR1 synchros and 1323-CRI also had fair appearances. 603-HLSA 
was in a fair mix with China, and in general the Korean big guns like 972 were 
far stronger than the Japanese NHK stations. A full report and MP3's will

Embarrassed to say but I deliberately slept in. After serving almost 30 young
