Neither the Asian sunset nor the west coast sunrise could motivate the Asians to come up with any audio during this latest solar tantrum. A useless session from 0900-0930 was combined with one from 1420-1430, and confirmed that even the NHK big guns were down for the count. Unlike the Asians 738-Tahiti did manage a decent carrier around 1420, which may have improved to weak audio if someone was motivated to stick around for it (which I definitely wasn't). These are the type of mornings when Victoria and Alberta usually check in with detailed DU-DXing reports, so the psychological preparation is in place. 73 and Good DX, Gary DeBock (in Puyallup, WA, USA) 7.5" loopstick C.Crane Skywave Ultralight + 15" FSL antenna _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca
