As I reported two nights ago,
** CUBA. 4765, Nov 20 at 0147, no signal from R. Progreso, ceding the frequency
to CODAR swishes alone. Nominal schedule during standard time is 0130-0500, not
0030-0400 as Aoki was still showing after November 1 (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX
LISTENING DIGEST)
Tonight, UT Nov 22, 4765 was on when I checked at 0156 UT, 18 minutes after
