<<< Curious as to what results Nick and Gary get this morning. >>> Rest assured that you didn't miss very much, Colin, at least according to watered-down Puyallup propagation (which filters out DU's). A couple of anemic carriers on 972 and 1566 around 1530 were the only evidence of Asian life this morning. TP-DX this month seems to have fallen off of a cliff (a term which should not be used in July and August). 73, Gary ----- Original Message -----

It looked as if there was a pretty decent SRE with good carriers, likely some of them yielding audio from 612 through the mid-band to the upper registers of 1566, 1575 and 1593. Because it was a glance before jumping into the shower, there might have been enough signal on the likes of 612, 747, 774, 972, 1242, etc -- to the top of the band. Speculation. By the time I finished dressing (likely 12 minutes) the band was stripped down to a single carrier on 774. So: Although no actual listening took place, it looked pretty lively there for a bit - Curious as to what results Nick and Gary get this morning. -- *Colin Newell is the Editor and creator of Coffeecrew.com <http://www.Coffeecrew.com> - Coffee.bc.ca <http://Coffee.bc.ca> and DXer.ca <http://www.DXer.ca> -| Amateur Radio VA7WWV | Twitter.Com/CoffeeCrew | Victoria B.C.
